The New Year Resolution is To Stop Second-Hand Smoking but ...

Is it possible to make a New Year resolution like – to stop second-hand smoking? Or even – to reduce it?
Such are very conditional. You share the space and breaths with everyone else in an area up to the direction of the wind. In a room, the wind goes around. Unless, you can avoid the crowd, avoid the industrial fumigation, and live in woody surroundings, you might not be able to give your lung a complete refreshing. You see dusts and heavy particles occupy the urban atmospheres.
Here kids need protection as they develop and grow up. Too much exposure to chemicals, not just on the skin but in the fragile, vital organs, is unquestionably bad. If the world wants geniuses as its new generations, then first, must wipe out the denials and the destruction in denial.
Individually, people make New Year resolution. But what about a community? Did a nation ever made a New Year resolution? What should such a resolution made by a country be?
I think you people would agree that the community and all the level of governments and authorities should make a resolution on a significant thing every new year.
Apart from economic developments, infrastructure and the civilised appearances such as painting, decorating and firing fireworks, I should suggest what should be considered as main priorities are
1. The mental health of the people,
2. The health of our surroundings
3. The appearance of our world made of different countries made of our projection
A general agreement is the geniuses possess different types of weirdness – in other words, they are somewhat insane. (Obviously I am not one of them). As the lead the world, their weirdness also becomes a part of modern lifestyles, modern thinking and modern cultures. Hence, you should ask yourself, where are we now in the wilderness of weirdness? And what is the normal sanity?
I think you agree with me that a type of weirdness doesn’t fix another type of weirdness. Once the blind led the blind all over the world. Now the insane are leading us in both materialism and faiths or spiritual beliefs.
So I think the mental health issue is where we should start. The first priority should be a bit more than just second-hand smoking that can only give you lung cancer out of the blue.
