I think following the Bodhisattvas is OK!
But expecting to meet them when they become Buddhas is not very right. This only gives them burdens.
There are beings who are not around to know the dhammas - the law of nature. They are who really need the Bodhisattvas. They would certainly deserve liberation by meeting the Bodhisattvas along the paths of fulfilling the 10 Paramita.
Those who know the Buddha and His teaching should follow Him and make their liberations from His teaching.
If the Buddhists from all sects just try to liberate themselves now, not overburdening the Bodhisattvas, they would be more chance for others who don't have the current chance from the Buddha Gotama.
Who know the dhamma should follow the dhamma than following the Bodhisattas who have aimed to liberate as many beings as possible.
I don't mean people who follow the Buddha Gotama's dhamma wouldn't meet these Bodhisattvas. What i MEAN is to wait from higher realms of divines - not from earth. By practicing the Buddha Gotama's dhamma, all Buddhists should aim for nibbanna/nirvana; if not liberation is materialized, then obviously must aim to meet the coming Buddhas.
I myself pay my due respect to all the Buddhas who came earlier, our teacher Buddha Gotama and the coming Buddhas.

I think we don't have to talk about coming Election too much. Let the talking go to the credible countries, the UN and other human right organizations. What most necessary is, I think, the information and evidences of every single event happened daily regarding to that election. This election deserves a special approach from Burma's media.

I have noticed ASEAN seems becoming divided over Burma's issues. But this election is, yes, as Mr. Zin Linn described how Amnesty International described, critical to ASEAN's credibility.
But do they, most ASEAN countries, really care? You know which countries I'm talking about. If there ever cared, they might still care.
But... another but is Burma's junta has well put ASEAN, especially Thailand this time, right under its dirty nose. Abisit is to visit Burma and Than Shwe is to visit India. Would the two events happen at the same time?
On the other hand, the Red were expected to win as the were supporting Thanksin the former PM of Thailand, a best friend of Burma's ugly generals. But a spike in their nose Abisit won and ... you can imagine how ogre-faced Than Shwe might have been on that and why he tries to visit the Hanumans. Those monkeys have been used or manipulated to be game-ready for years. Monkeys in Thailand are used for picking coconuts. But in Than Shwe's game, they would be picking up China's leftovers.
Well, you can keep wondering why things happened as they did recently between Burma and Thailand.

Religious authors may claim their religion is the best; however, the reality on the ground is rather the actual truth. Religious authors may claim their religion is peaceful whilst the followers of that religion is fighting everywhere aggressively in the name of their religion. These religious writers may claim how their religion promote gender equality, whilst their women are beaten ... and forced to live in the dark...
The followers of foul beliefs may not enjoy peace - neither of mind nor body. They always hurt themselves.

More important achievement is ‘sexy’ quality - beach body.
Let’s say you have such pleasing one –juicy sexy and tight …
But burning fat is not that simple. The more we burn, the more heat we gain and the more fuel we crave and gain stress. Simple solution is to eat and fill the belly – obviously that stretches the sack and shove up for more space.
That’s stressful. That’s the stress which makes both diet and celibacy fail.
