All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

(Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Burmese)

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 9:

Burma is known as a golden land made of several ranges (or ‘Yoma’ in Burmese) where thousands of tribal memories, wisdoms, religions, cultures and beauties of plants and animals dwell. The rivers, all of them are indeed important to the people and other existences, snake through these beautiful mountainous regions and flow from the north to the south where Indian Ocean is. The peoples, Burma has 103 ethnics, all of them used to be really generous and all they knew was to give.

Since the modern day’s dictators have systematically destroyed, now the golden land is famous for its narcotic trades, refugees, migrant workers and various atrocities and sufferings.

One day, we’ll be free again and the land will be again famous for its beauty.

Australian Building Styles and Culture Research -NGO

Having European influences is a nice thing as Australian heritage. Australia has European heritages because most Australians have the European backgrounds. Australian cultural heritages are special to Australian people and good to preserve. Nobody want to build like these things anymore but they have history to tell. Every building has a story to tell but national heritages have special stories worth to learn from and taken into a new phase. They are there and should be around for as long as a country exists. It must have resources to maintain them even if they are in expensive locations good for redevelopment ideal for economic application. Even if nobody visits these sites, they should exist because they have histories. A country should keep producing such special buildings as its culture. However, it's not enough only to have special buildings.

It would be wonderful if there is an non governmental organization focusing on building styles in Australia and its primary work is the research and design development on architecture and building types for Australian culture and Australian conditions because every people and every country should have unique culture, style, ideology and identity formed with culture, style and ideology that the entire nation can identify itself with. There are real advantages in having such identity.

A country can choose to have own cultural styles and ideology. Some countries deliberately gave up their identities. Some countries have been forced to compromise and accept foreign identity.

Some countries reestablished their identity after they lost it to certain ideological influence and avoided from being controlled by a foreign authority. Some countries avoided losing their identity by manipulating or creating the counterfeit version of the outside influence which was too powerful to defy. Why did they do that?

There are real advantages in having own identity. It is about the maturity of a country. It displays the cultural development, rich ideology and the real strength of its people. Identity employs the people so it's economically necessary. Identity moves the people with cultural activities. Identity gives the strength to the unity of a people so they can last long as they have the ideology and chauvinism to defend themselves. Identity represents a people who they actually are. It is cultural identity. It is more meaningful than I can ever think of.

Uniqueness has made some cultures to be respected, to come and learn from and to be pursued and followed. It is good for the people who have them in terms of acceptance and economy. Identity can unify a people of different groups. It is not impossible to make a different group to follow another group's identity. However, if only a common identity is there for them, they could be more united.

Instead of borrowing styles from all over the world, it will be great if the people are interested in having their own unique designs, architecture and building types. It is a bad habit only to borrow and not developing own because copying doesn't make self esteem but the opposite. The whole world but some have little to show off their cultures. Yet, it's still a time when copying is rampant.

Australia is a very special country in science and knowledge. It can have its own unique designs not found elsewhere. Naturally such distinction in culture is a gradual process. Moving the whole country is not simple and easy. But there is easier one to start with. It is home design which the Australians can gradually adapt. This is by no means making a point that existing designs and styles are inferior.

Not driven by economy and commercial interest, a non profit organization can exist to be developing new building designs just right for Australia with Australian features if the governments and the industry are helping, especially ABCB. This can produce some Australian designs. It can also produce architects and building designers specializing in such designs. Not just adapting BCA but also developing designs can be beneficial in long term.

To employ young designers and students of architecture for work experience and further training in environmental and cultural education, solely about Australia with its regional context, this organization will become very supportive and a very important employer. If it employs, with award level wages, many new designers will find something to do, have experience and earn. It's possible to employ a hundred or more graduates both from TAFE and university. If all states and territories support this organization in their own areas, they can give jobs to new designers. These designers will one day produce very fine cultural artifacts. Instead of becoming unemployed and live of newstart income, the federal government can employ these youths with the same amount of support. It is possible to attract some of the best students and (retired) professionals.

Multiculturalism is good. However, it shows the lack of commonness or the identity which represents all. The identity that is justified to represent all should not bias.

Refugee and Migrant Help Program Needed

Starting a new life from ground zero is not easy. It’s a mammoth task to be done with nothing in hand to start with. It’s like a super hero in action in a mission impossible. Most of the refugees came into Australia generally brought nothing with them more than a bag of clothes and maybe a few books. They might brought a load of hope with them too, especially those who were informed to do so. Someone would take care of them as a start but everything could go wrong after that. There they have ended up in various conditions, evidently, in undesirable states – especially with Centrelink.

The main problem is the lack of information that those refugees were not well informed about how to continue in Australian life. The newcomers with a big expectation can misinterpret the situation and fail to foresee their future. If there is nothing to start with, then they will have nothing – especially the ones who are single and have no relatives or family.

I think many migrants don’t get enough support to understand how to start life in Australia. Can be worse than that if the communities they belong to are insignificant to absorb them and give them jobs or necessary trainings and continuing in-kind supports. Even if there is certain support group to help them, both social workers and the migrants might not get through each others’ ideas, due to misinformation and misunderstanding – for being short of experience and expertise about the unsuccessful lives. Small communities cannot have the social workers of their own with all information and resources to deal with all those in need.

Maybe there was information but it’s not possible that words on the leaflets alone would change their delusion in a short time – like washing the wounds with holy water. English for Second Language programs are not the Australian information for Second Life that reveals all veiled realities of life in Australia.

Certainly most migrants get onto the right paths all by themselves or by the information etc available to them within their community. Education levels, contacts, aids, personal contribution such as social skill and trade skill, and age for being young enough to start education here are some of the factors for individual migrants to make their lives easier sooner. However, many refugees came from refugee camps where they lived a deprived lifestyle away from education and normal working life; and the best of their time might have been wasted just there.

It’s almost impossible for some individuals to find their own way. Consider all factors affecting a migrant: language, accommodation, social skill, family support (if they came in with a whole or some family members), Australian culture, expectation of educational institutes, expectation of employers, etc – that’s a list of a few points.

If these migrants have to compete in job market, it’s just not a fair go I guess. Unless they are absorbed into their community, they will not make it. Certainly not every one of them will be employed by their respective communities. Most of them don’t even know what kinds of job and education are available for them. It’s also almost impossible for some to know what they can do at all. As long as the necessary guidance is not available, everyone will guess in vain in struggling life that doesn’t give them a chance (or education) to stop and think for a while.

Instead of relying on volunteers, the federal governments better have an official program that has systematic approaches. Volunteers are good but they might not possess all professional levels with necessary expertises. And they must also have the capacity such as manpower, the right venue, and sufficient resources. They can’t have necessary condition to deal with both governmental organizations and the individuals who need help – for example, the way Centrelink does.

I think the current conditions do not allow all communities to get equal funding and grants and a good share of helps. The federal government should take care of the matter, by establishing an organization to deal with all migrants, with the same capacity for everyone. Maybe Centrelink has a special branch for refugees and migrants; then it needs to do just that.

I know there are good counsellors everywhere; but with my limited information, I think they are for the purposes other than dealing with refugee and migrants with special capacity.

Obviously the main setback for the migrants is not having the right settlement – i.e. housing, education, skills to get a job.  The volunteer social organizations can never have all the capacity unless the federal government has its own organization with systematic approach and research (or study) – the more systematic the better.

In my view, it will be good if the federal government make compulsory to the new migrants to have a course in trade or training, for educational levels they have.

ESL is a great program. But it doesn’t give all information to start a life in Australia. Also that 510 hours training is too short. Sure there are other English programs for migrants yet there must be a support group that keeps informing them these are programs for them. And they should know whatever other things they can do. I don’t know if there is such a support program available out there. Every migrant should be kept contacted for such information and career counselling. Not everyone will fit in the same box though. But at least, they get information and someone to ask to and consult with. But I guess it won’t be too costly or more expensive than not doing enough for them. I believe all newcomers should be informed and guided for a long time.

It can be group activity that encourages the migrants and refugees to attain the required training for skill and language or find out what they want to do and can do. It can be the counsellors meeting individuals with special conditions. I know no government can guarantee everyone to get a job. But the governments can give them skills, support for becoming ready to work and incentive for settling just anywhere in Australia if there is a job, if they want to do it. If they have skills, they will do it as the reason for choosing a skill is just to use it. Or if they have different ideas, other than whatever available from the government, they should be considered for these ideas too.

I believe the migrants should be given information about trades or skills good for a start and they should also be located to the places for their chosen jobs. Many migrants could be very upset if they’re given the information about impossible tasks. By given skills, generally labour or process works, and if that’s the possibility to go for a better career later, apprenticeship for example, most migrants will be satisfied. It’s not right in forcing them queue for the government support and searching for a niche they don’t know, for years. Labour works or process works, there is a demand for physical condition, psychological condition and general skills.

Also the information must be precise and down to earth approach but must not be for fantasy that only portrays the good side of reality of the subject. For example, most artists have reliable job for living and they fund themselves to do their art. There is too much delusion among refugees who never dreamed of living in a great country like Australia but they must not forget everyone has to work to have a good life and money to do what they want. Dream bubbles should not be created and busted later. Unless they have the necessary information, skills and education, they can have the wrong path and expectation.

However, I don’t believe everyone can have the same capacity for doing labour works, certain level of intellectual work, due to health, age and strength; no matter how they look, some can be physically weak. Some can even have psychological problem. Also there should be an official program that encourages the migrants to keep developing their skills, their expectation and the courage to face reality.

I believe there should be an authority specialising in the necessary skills and experience about the refugees and migrants. And this authority will have the capacity to inform, to give the guidance and to train the migrants with required skills which are not needed by general Australians. Taking the migrants and refugees into Australia is great and a very generous humanitarian effort. Yet, efficient effort is required for long term good. Instead of sending migrants to Centrelink, education is a better choice to make them productive sooner than later. Being productive, lives of the newcomers will be good too. That means the government will get its investments back and sooner although probably not 100 per cent back.

In summary, there should be:
·         Information support – booklets, magazine, website where refugees and migrants are allowed to write or post opinion
·         Compulsory training for a trade or education that can lead to a working life
·         Support for relocation for jobs or study
·         Ongoing contact and consultation by the authority responsible for migrants and refugee welfare.
As systematic approach, the phases I can imagine of are:
1.      Getting education – migrants are given general and through information about trades etc and allowed to choose; e.g. computing, accounting, drafting, sale, food processing, assembly jobs, cabinet making, upholstery. This is about choosing job types realistically. Information should be only within the scope of real employment – not any other scenario.
2.      Getting into trainings and becoming qualified and getting the job within qualified field.
3.      Being able to stick with the job. The government should help them if relocation is necessary.
4.      The participation and integration into the general society, not just into the selected community. This phase should lead everyone toward citizenship depending on their involvement. However, it must not be the end if the participation and integration are poor. There should be ongoing training and opportunity. Even after citizenship is achieved, there should be compulsory involvement in certain social education for becoming better citizens by building up information and understanding about geographical, social and political conditions of current and future Australia. This is about automatic citizenship whether it is to be paid by the migrants, unless there is another reason.
5.      Higher education and career path – just current existing system. Some people will like to study either for better opportunity, or changing career, or just for any other reason.

I think phase 2 and phase 5 are similar. When the study ends, there should be general support toward a career they qualified for. Certainly not everyone will need all these phases. Some will stay with phase 4 for life. Yet all migrants should be contacted for as long as they want to be after the compulsory phases are over. Some of them will need continuity of support.

Certainly the government will be the sole funding source for such system. However, those with a permanent job for a year can pay for their involvement with some concession. These activities can be TAFE level educations.

If the federal government setting up such approach, there will be:  more jobs for those in teaching careers, hope, confidence and reasonable life conditions for newcomers, and the benefit for the general public.

I believe most migrants who come here do want to develop their opportunity and improve their lives. I believe it’s not right to keep them isolated, confused, idle and lost. Before they develop fear and hesitation, they can be placed in various training programs suitable for them by letting them know paths, choice and future possibility of shifting toward what they want to do with the regular income they have. Instead of such a happy way of earning, making them queue for government handout is rather a short-sighted approach. Although unemployment is inevitable and workers from all sectors can expect that, it will be good for the migrants and refugees to have a trade skill and confidence. And whenever there is a demand, they can be employed – systematically. To achieve such systematic goal setting, they need leadership as they cannot do it all by themselves. I believe such a kick start and systematic support, life will be easier.

If the government cannot do much, then let it be. However,

Giving efficient support to every migrant, depends on individual needs, I believe it will be win-win investment. Now the government spends a lot too but I think not systematic enough and causing lose-lose investment for both sides. I think it’s just not right to live in speculation and failure. The commitment of the federal government should not be short coming. Especially guidance for finding a path in life and Australian skills and ideas are absolutely necessary. I believe it will be very good if the federal government take the responsibility. By giving the right paths, they will be able to walk on the right paths.

Additionally I think it’s appropriate to mention about some current issues that are concerned to the Centrelink and its clients. At the moment there aren’t too many jobs advertised. That assures not everyone who lives on the dole can find enough jobs to fill into the fortnight form. But they will fill the form somehow, just doing a task required for the payment. They might send resumes everywhere although they’re not qualified for or have no idea what these jobs are about. That will lead to causing extra burden to the consultants who only want genuine job-seekers. Also that can cause reputation problem for the job-seekers. This problem is not only for those who lack qualifications but for students who’ve just finished their study and looking for job sincerely.

If they fear of such reputation problem, they will not send their resumes although they have to fill the fortnight form, and they will fill in the form just to get the regular income. Qualification actually doesn’t guarantee a job or a suitable position for the qualification. I don’t know how many students are out there applying for a same position they found on job searching sites. If there is a job per a hundred students, 99 will not get it. As there aren’t enough jobs advertised for entry level or for students, those who were not chosen by a particular employer certainly have to wait for their turn. As there aren’t enough jobs from a particular sector (e.g. architecture), those students have to fill their forms with the jobs that ask the levels they don’t qualify at all. If that is what the system is all about, and if that’s the only condition the system can support, I think the consultants (and employers) shouldn’t complain; but if they have to do just that for the burden they are facing, then they should complain against the system but not what those students (and job seekers) do.

I think we rather applaud those job seekers for doing the impossible tasks. When job seekers did get a job, they do smile though!

I’m trying to see the wider picture. There are reasons why job seekers do not get jobs. Lacking skill for existing jobs is one particular reason. It’s not possible to solve all problems but skill, motivation and self-confidence. Skill, motivation and self-confidence are interconnected and support one another. And I believe it’s the main problem of unemployment. To tackle this problem, programs that tackle skill shortage are necessary. There are plenty of training packages available from various organizations but these organizations might not locate within affordable distances for New Start allowances. Also making guesses individually cannot make any job seeker wiser although they can get experiences which are usually not good for motivation but pressure from an apathetic system.

It’s not easy even if possible for everyone to possess a skill set required for a particular job. It’s not possible for any institution to teach students for all skills they will need in real life. But as parts of a sympathetic system, the organizations can now give different skill sets to different job seekers – even if it’s a program like “work-for-the-dole”. It has to be not about wasting the time of everyone in the system but to get the positive outcomes.

In reality, the system is clearly irresponsive to ever changing circumstances. As though the system regards all job seekers are qualified for all types of job or any job that shows up on job searching sites and at the same time, it doesn’t see anyone qualified for serious jobs either. In reality, there are different levels of skill lacking. To make sure, the system can test all job seekers and determine their skill levels and let them apply for the jobs they are qualified for and also give an opportunity to those who need particular skills and improve their chance of employment, perhaps in any type of works suitable for them. Then the system will become responsive. If the government employs more individuals for Centrelink, or give a little more responsibility to existing staffs, it can be good too.

Centrelink should now see the job seekers from the employers’ points of view. When a job seeker applies for a job, Centrelink can check how the job seekers are qualified for that job. Then it won’t be bad as long as the job seekers are applying for real jobs as often as possible – now it’s about quality but not quantity anymore. Job seekers cannot (rather not) apply for the jobs they don’t qualify for, whether it’s a physical or skill job. Then Centrelink can advise, direct and train all job seekers for real jobs. I think a little incentive to those who lack skills and experience might make a difference.

Everyone has to take a risk courageously or randomly in choosing a career. There they will give everything they have to gain the skills for the chosen career both physically and psychologically. They prepare themselves for a skill set. Some might be able to do better than others. Some might be able to prepare themselves for any condition that will come in the future – meaning they might be able to prepare for both physical and intellectual works. There everyone has to develop a lifestyle suitable for the chosen career. If a career is to perform more physically than intellectually, those people will be more physical and physically tough. And if a career is to have a lifestyle in office, the people who have taken that path cannot be physically fit but they must perform as required among the best of their kinds.

Four things differentiate us are: nature, nurture, opportunity and investment. Nature and nurture are a well-known idea. Opportunity is also a clear idea that everyone should get an equal opportunity if the society cherishes equality, democracy and integration. The more one gets, the more one has, whether wealth or poverty, education or ignorance – that’s natural. A society needs everyone in good shape. Equality and moderation can give that good shape – like a beautiful lady. Australia is the land of values: integrity, integration, equal opportunity, and ruled with justice for everyone. Some conditions can upset these values whether by mistake or by political requirements. Investment is important. The right investment on nurture and opportunity is important. If all necessities are invested rightly, the outcomes will be as expected.  Just as every worker should get the minimum wage, the minimum investment for them can be set to allow those who have the nature for education and income.

DEFENCE

Australia is a small country with limited numbers of defence personals. However, it needs all levels of soldiers: those with small arms as special units or ordinary units, those handle sophisticated arms and those handle the systems. Australia cannot effort its number but ideas and wealth. As the main concern is defence, Australia must make best effort in it.

Even with sophisticated arms, such as fighter jets, submarines, tanks and ships, Australia can only afford small numbers. Obviously that is not enough to defend itself. Hence it must afford for strategy and ideology.

The advantage is Australia is an island continent. In any scenario, the aggressors must cross the oceans to reach Australia by air or by sea. So Australia can foresee the advancing enemies in any form. Australia can afford long-range defence strategies such as long range missiles, short range missiles, fighter jets and reliable radar system. However, the weakness is they can fight against slow and visible targets such as ships and bombers.

If the enemies afford pre-strikes before invasion, it can be hard for Australia. Pre-strike can come in the forms of rockets, fighter jets and satellite. Or such attacks can come via invasion of nearest countries such as Papua.

So there are three main points I found:

1.      Limited defence personals who must cover all oceans surrounding Australia
2.      Strategy and ideological based defence system
3.      And regional cooperation for defence.

Australia cannot afford losing its good soldiers. Australia must do everything to recover its skilled and experience elite defence personals. Australia must have most reliable defence technology suitable for its own ideology. Australia must support neighbouring countries for political stability and economic development so that they will be able to defend themselves.

Australia must make sure it doesn’t make a mistake by strengthening its potential enemies. All Australian neighbours are small countries except Indonesia who doesn’t seem to have an interest in becoming a potential aggressor – at least not in coming decades. The reason is it is democratised recently and is mainly concerned about economy.

As defence personals are limited, Australia must produce highly skilled units armed with most reliable technology. There will be limitedly skilled personals too and they should play a role in defending from home.

My particular vision is the naval with submarines.

I don’t see battle ships have a good role to play in defence except for transporting cargos.  They are so visible and need a huge number of skilled personals. It’s risky to send these skilled people into the battle field directly. By keeping them available for defence as long as possible, Australia will have an advantage. They will hold the technological based positions.

I know there is long range missile base (or bases) located in mainland Australia. They are best for deterring invading ships and heavy bombers and also good for attacking on targets far away. However, for pre-strike stages, during the attacks of the enemy are aimed on individual targets in Australia, such as city or town or ships or certain infrastructure, it can be hard to defend with missiles alone. For that reason, Australia needs mobile weaponry system – just like mobile missiles.

Australia has to defend itself at ocean. As ships are expensive and demanding, small submarines are ideals. They should be handled by a small team of crews who are not isolated from the base. The base itself should be mobile too acting as a mother ship. This will give opportunity for hiding the operations and stay illusive. Building up huge submarines as mother ships can be extremely expensive. Yet Australia can certainly afford a few. Mother ship, as deep diving submarines, will independently supply a fleet of small submarines, maybe no more than 30, with ammunitions and fuel and small repair works. There will be cargo ships but must be invisible too; perhaps they’re shallow diving submarines. Hence all naval activities will be done underwater.  Mother ships will never engage with the enemy’s warships. Their roles are supply and repair only.

The smaller submarines will have no more than six crews for 3 shifts. Each will have SAM system and anti-sub systems. They will not be responsible for attacking warships but reporting about them only. However, they should have flexible capability to face warships. To stay a nose ahead of latest systems, they should be able to dive deeper on demands and should have anti-sonar (radar?) shape/system especially on the back if possible. There must be an escape system for the crews sacrificing the rest of submarines (weapons & fuel tanks) other than the engine and crews chamber where they operate all systems – hence lighter, faster submarine. Weaponry systems should be installed outside the submarines just like the systems of fighter jets so that resupply can be done by a mother ship with fast speed. All external weaponry systems should be swift small torpedoes which do not destroy the whole ships and submarines but only to stop them from advancing. The reason is to make the subs lighter and able to carry enough hard points.*

The subs must be able to operate their systems whilst staying illusive especially when it operates SAM.  Both mother ships and attack subs must be supported by the crews from main bases and many of their systems should be handled remotely – with secret communication system. This will reduce overcrowding and the need to carry the supplies for crews. s

They must be able to operate in the water of friendly countries too.

Certainly the entire system is made of systems as a single network of defence system. Mainland missiles systems, air force systems and navel systems must work together as defence. What I’ve written so far is only for defence strategy. With enough numbers of submarines, mainland radar system, mainland missile systems and air force systems will do well although will be extremely costly. Australia will be able to have technology but it will need its allies for material supports.

Fighter jets do not need to go to the sea but to defend towns and cities only. In this case, defending the military bases are the tasks of air force so only light aircrafts that do not need large airfields are needed. Hence, visible airfields are not required. If underground airbases are possible, they should be desirable from which the fighters can hover for entry and exit. There can be many deep holes both real and unreal located away from major landmarks which are the natural targets during war time.

Whilst Australia places its defence network mainly in the northern areas, enemy’s submarines can penetrate it through by going around the continent or launch attacks from its allied region – either from Africa or South America even if such thing is not real now, it could be real in the future so it’s not a waste to consider such scenario.

I don’t know about anti-missile systems and how effective they can be. The best defence strategy is the world should be free from dangerous weapons.

For the Australia’s allies, they may have independent systems for their own requirements. I think Australia can afford that unless it’s a political issue. As seeing/spotting the enemy before first is important, it’s the main defence advantage for Australia. Having appropriate laws for defence is important. Also having agreements with allied countries for what Australia will do in certain events is also important for cohesive strategy. Australia may hold some secrets of its own though but rather in technological issues and the movements/activity of its military. As long as Australia can keep its illusive secrets, it will do well – that is its economy, diplomacy, skill and technology.

The main reason for defence is to keep peaceful prosperous conditions in Australia, in Asia Pacific Region and the world. It’s not just the interest of Australia but for wider human society. For the best defence, relatively peaceful world is desirable. As that’s the required condition, Australia should actively engage in internal and regional peace efforts as its foreign policy. Regionally it’s more important to have peaceful prosperous conditions. As conditioned by that, Australia must choose to play a negotiator role in any war scenario between its two neighbouring countries whether they are insignificant militarily. Australia must work with all concerned countries in the region to solve every crisis (mainly between two countries) Australia must have a tradition of negotiation and diplomacy especially regionally – as a non-permanent member of the UN’s Security Council. Yet Australia is responsible its own security and should be actively working for it. Relatively democratic political system has been so far the best system in the security of humanity – Germany and Japan are great evidences who are now as global leaders in economy and technology rather than war. Promotion of democracy around the world will make a better defence.

Obviously the main concern is which country spends what kind of money for its military for what type of efforts and strategy at all. If military is just for solving social problem and employment, certain military activities must not have been at stages of materializing. No doubt the way a country spends its money on military is the indication of its intention. By no means, Australia should be one of the countries that directly or indirectly support a bad military intention of a country.

*[Winning the war is the whole point. Making sad memory is another. There is no point to kill so many lives if possible to avoid. Once the enemy is stopped somehow, the job is done. By stopping the advancing enemies, it’s possible to get more war prisoners who are as important as public attention/support and making a decision on war effort.]

HOW THE UNIVERSE WAS FORMED AND OPERATES

I got five key words from what I watch on TV (SBS2) last night:
1.      Big Bang
2.      Inflation
3.      Dark matter
4.      Dark energy
5.      Dark flow
BB is a theory at defensive post. There the uniformity of energy distribution is explained with theory of inflation. Yet the problem is the physicists had to add dark matters in order to make sense of 75% of universe. There they got dark energy due to the behaviour of black holes at the centres of the galaxies and later someone found out dark flow a hint for multiverse.

That is from ‘IS EVERYTHING WE KNOW WRONG?’

Multiverse!!!
Yes, I like that sure!!! I simply do not believe BB is reality – I know it didn’t happen. The reason is the formation of universe doesn’t have to go through the BB and inflation. But the universe can form just the way galaxies form. This is on the same side of ‘multiverse’.

What I believe is –
There was galactic clouds everywhere that never crunched into singularity. Say they were the Universal Couds (UCs). They come from renewed energy*. They condensed into a giant body of cloud that started forming celestial bodies. These massive condensations of cloud were local but were falling into the centre of the universe**. Local Condensations (LCs) might explain the creation of early smaller galaxies which had no stars but only the formation of giant bodies of clouds.

Also these LCs at smaller local area might be forming early solar systems and planets because the celestial bodies must start from smaller objects toward larger objects; however, they must be in different sizes at the same time depends on available clouds. Herein they gradually formed into Universal Condensation and eventually the universe was born. Hence, smaller objects came first locally and started forming ever larger objects and celestial systems and eventually an entire universe.

Smaller objects formed a system with larger objects. So the universe then was completely different from what we see now.

In this case, the whole universe is a Giant Galaxy (GG) of galaxies*** Gradually the condensation started spinning to make its clouds to condense more and more, faster and faster. During that time, there was no light but the movements of Universal Clouds only and only completely dark.

Here comes the second phase of a universe. The more the universe condensed the more it became with gaps – now gaps are everywhere between every celestial objects where once filled with clouds.

In this case, dark particles could be the decay or remain of energy. The universe might be emitting them out of its system whilst gaining more incoming recharged particles from outside. In this case, one way out for dark matters and one way in for renewed/recharged particles. Hence the universe can sustain itself beyond predictable lifespan. Also the growth of universe could be possible all along as expansion.

At the third phase, the universe must be destroyed by either overheating or running out of energy or a condition of imbalance in different forces.

*   Not dead energy but renewed and recharged and afresh to restart a new universe in a vacuum of space – but probably were not coming from other nearby universes. These clouds can be very fine particles to be forming into very fine objects like molecules etc. The clouds could be born out of darkness from pure energies which could be of different types. Energy could come as different kinds each having different property that others do not. It could form forces from such differences.

Thus, I like the assumption of multiverse. Infinity is beautiful – rather so beautiful that the amount of energy is infinite and the universes can always borrow energy from elsewhere once they have consumed their own. Hence, a new universe can be reborn when the old one is destroyed when its energy runs out and bursts like a supernova but in universal scale. And space is a condition that has to be infinite.
** This needs a finding of the centre of universe.
*** call it a Great God of gods – but not about religions.

Note: In Buddhism, space is not empty. Space is filled with dark particles or fire elements which are visible as shadow and shade.

When You Have to Deal with ‘INFINITY’

The expansion of the universe is possible by theory. The theory states ‘infinite amount of energy’. That’s how the universe has to expend infinitely. Here a problem appears straight away.

The problem is – It sounds like:

♦ the wider infinity was shrunk into the size of a pea confining the infinite amount of energy.
♦ the pea sized universe existed till it started expending.
♦ the universe thus has no outside; thus, there is no condition for a force to exist outside; and when the universe shrunk, thus, it did it all by itself alone with its infinite energy and law contained within it.

From that problem, a problem appears:

♠ no matter how much the universe has expended, no matter how far it has reached out, it still has infinite amount of energy inside it. The universe will keep expending in infinity – even after infinite amount of time has passed, it will be expending, and expending...

The main problem is the word ‘infinite’. It cannot be measured nor shown in any (mathematical) expression. It cannot be understood scientifically. It’s a simple abstract word.

The questions are –
1. How did the universe shrink from larger infinity into smaller infinity?
2. How is the smaller infinity as large/infinite as the larger infinity and vice versa?

If the answer for Q1 is –

The universe never shrunk and the Big Bang was just once to be only once and the first time was just the last time.

Then again ‘infinity’ becomes a problem:

Why did the universe exist only as a pea sized universe in its past infinity, and for a reason, it started expending only from the last 13.7 billion years ago and will keep expending into infinity?

If the answer for Q 2 is -

Infinity is just infinity whether it’s smaller or larger (as a theory).

Then,

Why does the universe expend. Why did it need to expend?
What’s the difference between big and small, what role do they play as reality inside the universe?

And what is ‘REALITY’? WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO US?

If SINGULARITY was that Small!

I'm arguing with the singularity - from wiki Big Bang.

1.
What Could Condense the Milk?

I would take the Big Bang theory if only I got an explanation on what (force)could have shrunk the matters down into such tiny condensation before the Big Bang. I have to know if there is such force still outside our universe, like gravity, that can bring all the matters in this universe into singularity as small as assumed size.

I don't believe any black holes out there can be strong enough to swallow all masses. Even if all black holes were put together as a single body Giant, I don't believe that black hole would be able to shrink itself into that small size.

Masses and and all the matters in the universe will not allow themselves to be jam-packed by any known force, also that Black Hole, into that small singularity. The combined energy from all corners of the entire universe must be equal to the energy inside that singularity. If that single Black Hole cannot do the task, what else could have done to condense the universe down that size?

2.
Infinity
Extrapolation of the expansion of the Universe backwards in time using general relativity yields an infinite density and temperature at a finite time in the past.

I cannot accept the word infinite density in that explanation. I don't believe it's possible. One reason is the single black hole has its limit and cannot overcome the resistant (and friction) of its own mass. Matters will resist once they reached a certain level of density. "Infinite" must be wrong and cannot be explained.

As time were finite, as space were finite and exist only within that singularity, and there were nothing as outside, how could there be inside and infinite as density? And there must be an explanation for how that infinite density then is still infinite density now - the universe must not have lost its energy as the claim is there was no outside.

Even if string theory were taken as reality, matters from the wavelet level, or smallest level, must have resistance to shrinkage. That infinite density can not be reality. Otherwise, it will become transcendental idea - there was no matter nor energy but something immaterial. Then we could say - it didn't need anything: "Because there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself from nothing,"

3.
The Obvious

There you see!
If gravity, as the single Black Hole could not shrink the universe into that size,
If the "infinite density" is not explained
If there is no force outside the universe, as there were no outside,

I cannot believe the universe would have started from the singularity that size!

But I'm not saying "God did da bitch!" (no offense - just for the sake of sense of humor)

Multiverse Vs Universe

1.

nobody knows - what's the truth is.
but based on big bang theory, you must get multiverse because our universe is thought confined. there is no theory for is outside our universe.

if a big bang can cause a universe, and if our universe is not infinite, a question arises: why are there no other big bangs out there?

there you get multiverse of universes. the number is infinity.

two condition emerges:
if our universe is really expending, it might have crushed into the universes around it; then it can be like detergent bubbles in a washing machine.
If it has not crushed into these universes, then universes exist quite apart from one another, like soap bubbles floating in the space freely.

I wonder if a kid is blowing universes out one after another.

no guarantee if it's true, i think not, but just a theory- a theory built on another theory, (that's also built on an uncertain theory? see homogeneity and isotropy of space), is funny, isn't it?

we cannot go out and look. we cannot go toward the future or back into the past and look. the reality out there far, far away.

if Big Bang is wrong, not saying if it is, how should we view the universe? of course that bubble of multiverse will burst too.

if the universe has alternate reality other than God, as the kid blowing the soap bubbles, or Big Bang, we might never be able to pin that truth down, we might never accidentally find that ancient treasure.

the universe might not even have a start. it might have been as we see it no since the infinity of time. the galaxies and their arrangement in the universe might just changing like sand dunes over the chemical reactions and gravitational puppet shows.

2.
Leave that part and let's approach the Buddhist view.

The Buddha didn't mention the start of the universe but this is what he said something about the infinity of universe and space:
NO matter how fast or how long you can travel, you'd never reach the end - there will be more and more of the universe, never ending of them.

A Buddhist scripture describes how the Buddha and Venerable Maha-Moggallana traveled through the universes with their supernatural psychic power. That was to confirm how universe is endless.

Ven. aha-Moggallana took an alms-bowl of mustard seeds and dropped each upon the mount Meru locatein at the centre of each world formation. My assumption is they might be galaxies. After all the mustard sees were gone, they returned to earth.

I know everything was fine until it comes to psychic powers. Science will dismiss everything it has no idea. That's the funny side of science with its blind faith and big broom.

3.

We're curious smart a** but not smart enough to know everything. Life's short and lots to know. We don't know if we'd be able to know about our own earth with enough information to make us more intelligent.

God and Patience

according to the bible,

God didn't teach Adam how to apologize after Adam ignorantly ate the fruit of "knowledge".

his plan was obvious. he tricked Adam by allowing the snake into Eden and let them meet.

that's why he kicked Adam and Eve together out of Eden and let them suffer death as human ancestors. they are two who were the first victims of God - by murder. Every time a human dies naturally, God is responsible for murder.

God forced them to breed and make human generations. Forced them to eat animals by killing them. we all know all animals fear of death and always run away from the predators. but God let them get killed by man, and man to get killed by them and by other mans too.

By death, God test whether mans have faith in him. if he found no faith, according to his inconsistent laws, he sent mans to hell eternally. animals do not have to go to hell. that proves he treats mans worse than animals.

but there is no obvious information about heaven. what do people do in heavens? nobody knows or have clear answers. what do people do eternally in haven?

(According to Islam, men have purpose - God will give them many a virgin up to 70(?). I don't know about women and what they'll do in heaven.)

So what I find is -
God planned everything in advance.
God designed above scenario.

Therefore, patience is irrelevant.

The Junta’s Toughening Stance Needs A Right Response

Min Khin Kyaw
12.08.09

The Election Counterfeit

The 18 month sentence can be understood as the junta has started its plan to put aside the oppositions from the 2010 election. They seem determined to go the next year election all by themselves as they don’t release any political prisoners; they will make the election to happen as they keep everyone under complete control as it was during the so-called referendum for national constitution. Then the international communities have to prepare ahead
how to congratulate a new government of Burma right at the UN’s headquarter.

When John Yettaw requested to stay a few days with the reason he couldn’t swim immediately back across Inya Lake, she chose to let him stay as an unusual guest.

Well, if you were in her shoes, what would you do as a good citizen of the world and the leader of majority Burmese people? What should you offer to a stranger if not the friendship of great people? Would you ever let him down selfishly as the sign of fear and defeat and let the world be informed by the junta how you had been heartless and misrepresenting? On the other hand, would you cooperate with the junta who have kept you under house arrest for years? And they have no right to hold the political positions either? Should you ever let anybody, even a thief, be arrested by the illegal authority who are known to be absolutely brutal in the jails? Actually they are brutal even during the world watching at them without a blink.

Would you say you’ll do that? Or would you say, ‘No! I won’t!’?

They have never ever had any mandate to be any type of authority. As everyone knows the bunch of thuggish generals have been trying to legalize their political status. Likewise, they could never legalize her detention. So I don’t believe any country would agree this 18 month detention is legal finally.

Whatever your answer is, she was tried with the jury who were controlled both remotely and closely. The evidence is the last verdict was sent from the junta itself that was clearly the decision that overwrote the decision of the jury. We all know whatever the verdict might be, it had to come from the junta. But what would the jury decide if they were not instructed?
What did they find her guilty with within the existing law? Is anything clear?

The scenario is obvious that it was a made-up process to keep her under arrest again. What a brilliant plot that everyone could predict the outcome although insisted them to change their mind; even the UN’s Ban did it on behalf of us. Then you can predict further that she won’t be freed after all – not even after the next 18 months. Then it won’t be so cool to request the junta to release all the other 2000 political prisoners and jailed humanitarian workers. But we have to do everything anyway.

Now a question has emerged: who can enter the election for a fair contest?

Until I read about her news of being kept for another 18 months, I preferred all the political parties enter the election that she’d be advising and campaigning on behalf of opposition groups. Democratically we have the right to believe we can win if there is a fair go. It’s true that the people will vote for her again just as much as they gave their trust to her 21 years ago.

Now it’s clear to me that neither free campaigns nor a fair contest is going to happen. Because of that condition, any parties that try to contest in the election within the rules of the junta will lose. Even winning a seat can be very doubtful.

Is there any expectable goodness for us? Will the parties who entered the election be allowed to critic the government? I don’t think so. They will be arrested immediately if they dare to open their mouths. But by winning a few seats, what can they do? The true representatives of the people will have to suffer the way the 90 election winners suffered.

Without democratic characters, new political system of the junta cannot be democratic – even though it is called democratic by the junta. If the junta could set up the election all for itself, they will allow international observers – maybe even some international media like well-respected Aljazera which dumped them before; if not, they will restrict everything.

Therefore, we can expect that there will be no opposition as the shadow government. The new parliament will be set by all selected MPs who will have to dance according to the top generals. Well, the history will be repeated right on the Burma’s political stage. Who are going to applaud such a soap opera?

The scenario will be just what we’re seeing now: poverty and refugee crises; just pray that no natural disaster like the tsunami and Cyclone Nargis ever occur again! Well, we can keep calling the junta, just junta, even after 2010 election because they will be the same people doing the same things to the Burmese people.

Toward A Different Chapter

But two things might become different: one is how new selected military government will be accepted by the international community. The other is how fast the junta will be able to develop their ambitions. Seriously, these two will be related to each other.

As consequence, Burma won’t become prosperous as we all wish it to be. It will be the same as it is now. The junta will carry its agendas and policies - including its current defense policy. They will keep the entire economy of Burma under control only to for the benefits of the generals and the corrupts. Then its expenditure list won’t be different either – the majority of overall GDP will be spent for military power and nuclear development. Civil war will be kept ablaze as ever.

Due to the nuclear ambition of the junta, the UN shouldn’t be too slow over the development in Burma. Gradually the generals will achieve their goal if the region allows them all two ingredients they need. One is stable income and another is time.

I think nuclear facility in Burma will mutually benefit both the junta and the North Korean regime. They also will share the technology with the countries who have been their trading or diplomatic partners.

But without the help of North Koreans, the junta will have to cease its plan or at least change the idea to develop the nuclear facilities.

If the region wants to handle Burma’s nuclear ambition, they have to control the North Koreans. I hope the South Koreans could do a better job – may be a diplomatic approach. They have the most duty to make the Korean Peninsula peaceful and conflict free.

Anyhow, the North Korean government has to stop spreading its technologies. It must seek income from clean businesses as a good nation of the world. And the North Korean leadership should consider favouring the sake of the two Korean peoples to be living in peace and freedom. It should avoid the military dictators of Burma and be more friendly toward the South Koreans. Actually, the prosperity of the North Koreans are not far – rather they’re surrounded by wealth; yet they have to take it justly. I believe North Korean people are as smart as their southern relatives. If they walk on the road that leads to prosperity, they will get prosperity one day. If they walk on the road that leads to peaceful Korea, they will make a peaceful nation for both north and south. I believe the two Koreans should reconcile but ruled autonomously with one principle as one people.

But do North Korean leaders consider themselves that they are as bad as the Burma’s generals?

Once the Burma’s dictators are avoided by the North Koreans, their nuclear dream will never come true.

If the international community sanctions Burma’s dictators with arm embargo, the region will become more stable. Instead of buying military equipments and building up the largest military in Southeast Asia, the money from trades will be spent on nation building and civil infrastructure – but no banks should accept the generals to open accounts with their own names for savings.

Enthusiastically, I prefer Burmese civil wars have to stop somehow. Once the country is free from civil war, the people would be able to live in more peaceful conditions. But they must be able to forget the past and restart new lives. All ethnic people must be able to live side by side with no fear of each others – including the Rohingyas.

If Burma cannot get true elections, her rulers must be deprived from military power. Arm embargo is the only solution left as hope. The regional countries must support this for the sake of Burma’s peoples. When they have made this happened, all other sanctions can be eased, except travel restriction and banking restrictions on the dictators and their family members. And gradually, all ethnic armed forces will be able to reenter into the general population. There must be amnesty for everybody and it must happen.

Now, as the result of the decision of the junta to keep our leader under house arrest another 18 months, we have become to need the international community more than ever for decisive move against the junta. We need a change from the world and we need a change within our country. But without the UN’s arm embargo, a change inside Burma cannot happen. The change in Burma is – the generals are deprived from military equipments and so that the entire Burma can adapt the new condition gradually for a better life.

You and I

The first thing we recognise once we’re born is the feeling of I and I’m hungry, I’m tired, I feel pain and so on and so fort. And long after that, the baby starts to realise you also exist. Once these realisations take root in the mind, discrimination between you and I, or I’m not you and you’re not I, become more and more obvious, stronger, thicker, heavier, larger and even uglier (with pimples) as the practice is year after year and lifelong.

Ego is
actually just I. You is the affected, subordinate culprit. The more I becomes stronger, the more you is influenced and become nastier, more supportive to I to be stronger, but they become more and more emotionally competitive. They are like two boxers, two sides of warring people, feudal sporting teams, etc. that they need each others for success, glory, victory and the sense of existence; they need each other existence for companion. Without you and I, life can’t be the same as the way we know it is. They are time to time each others’ accomplices.

Actually, ego is not really a strong thing but its roots are as I and you provide the soil for its growth and regrowth and fertiliser that we naturally give it fertiliser and recycle the fertiliser we produced for it. Ego is not strong as we time to time do humanitarian works for others’ sake or we create the emotion of sympathy, love, agreement, empathy, happiness for others, enjoyment in others’ presence, etc.

Ego is not strong but like weed, it does grow back as quick as possible as it doesn’t lose its roots from supportive soil. But it is always spreading, again like weed. If you don’t take care of your mind (emotions) as the weed is spreading all over it, you will only have the bad tempers. The soil is not naturally supportive, although it gives fertiliser to ego and processes fertiliser – as it has lots of them. But when the mind is conditioned by ego, the soil becomes too supportive – like a caterpillar as a host to the growing baby wasp that is eating it inside out.

In this situation, the strength of ego is different in different emotions. The presence of the strength of ego in fear is so strong. And fear along can kill a person. But some people, or some creatures, are so aggressive that their egos are so strong that they live with anger most of the time. Likewise, some people have a lot of love and their egos strongly presence in their emotion of love – whether as a form of possessiveness or compassion. Isn’t it incredible to put compassion and ego as the same thing? But compassion is not ego but the ways individuals view it and possess it are to make them (compassion and ego) as though the same thing. That is the condition of mind.

Ego produces a substance that can be compared to intoxication. That substance can cause a condition like hallucination. What does intoxication do? It deludes the mind, the brain and the intelligence so the intoxicated people have to succumb to misconception, misinterpretation of what they see, hear or what comes out of their thought and the imbalance of emotion and physical activity that usually lead to a harmful event.

So it can be said that ego misinforms or filters information through its misinterpretation and that makes its hosts more egocentric.

To understand, I don’t need to give any example as I write in my view and as your read in yours. We see or do not see eye to eye on the same words we share as writer and readers although we both know they have the same meanings. My concept and your concept make them to be different but we know they don’t volunteer that. The arrangement of words may be beautiful but words cannot be treated like other objects used for art making. Literature can lead us to heaven or hell (literally) on earth.

View is the energy of intellects and concept is of the guessers, even if some concepts are near truth experience – like near death experience has brought a huge debate. Once you know the reality, both concept and view disappear, like thirst disappears after a good nice drink. But without concept or view, one can become unsustainable or it could be a feeling like memory loss – unlike Zen.

Extracting good feeling out of the clearing-concepts-out-of-confusion is maybe like being in the open ocean and thirsty but cannot drink. Without pure fresh water, one cannot drink properly. Yet ego is needed to find pure fresh water but one must be aware of the potential of ego and not to let it grow to the size one cannot control. It must not become the master but must be a servant, a tool, an aids, so it has to know its place or one has to know the place of one’s ego. And this is the capacity of the intelligent people – yet they have to be wise so they won’t be foolish. No capacity can develop itself without the persistent effort. Seeing pronouns as pronouns and reality as reality can make one wiser, I guess. After all, we’re just creatures so you and I mightn’t be too different.

We know the sun is there shining for billions of years but wether it rises or rises from the east is just a local colour. The east doesn’t exist in the space and we have no idea how the sun moves around the Milky Way. Well, who knows or who cares how long it takes for the sun to complete a full circle around its galaxy! And whether we need the sun at all is also a mystery – if there was no sun, organisms would be thriving in the warmer regions of the earth that the ice could be their sky; plants might not be green but they’d find a way to breathe carbon dioxide and cook their food and produce oxygen for higher intelligent creatures. By not knowing the reality, spirituality tends to concern about mere fantasy.

Whilst one has the emotion of concern about one’s spiritual wellbeing, one could end up in the whirlpool of pure fantasy. Life is so ordinary for a lot of people. Life is very demanding, costly and painful. Life seems to be very boring indeed. That enhances the need of fantasy or exaggerates the pleasure in fantasy. When the young fantasize romance, adults fantasize about desirable lifestyle and lots of people used to fantasize heaven and hell largely concerned to sensual pleasures than anything to do spiritual benefits. Imagination is not dangerous but it can be a shoot to grow up into additive fantasy. And that is how ego can manipulate me and you.

The truth is danger is present in every fantasy.

As ego produces a substance that is like intoxication, no wonder how real intoxicants can influence people. Although some people do not use drugs due to education they have, the natural tendency is different.

Kids tend to get injury often as they don’t know to avoid injury and do not have the strength to avoid them, like the adults can. Likewise, some people are more mature, thoughtful and able to understand things with both natural conscience and the intellects developed by good education.

And egocentric fantasy can lead to self-pity, grievances and crimes. And every crime leads the committer nowhere but regret.

Ego lets us to be short-sighted, impatient, and moody. Actually my ego is me and sometimes it’s like a storm and destroys my heart.

The core of the truth is I’m the EGO – Ego Glistened Optical-illusion, Ego Guided Order and Ego Gratifying Organism. And you are SELF – Self Engineered Little Folk.

The best part of it is, it’s manageable.

Patriotic Wisdom

Peace starts at home. This is the seed of patriotism. Love and protection have to go together. Love is to be gentle and sacrificial. Also sacrificial is protection which is to do with aggression of no anger. Smart love and smart protection are not always violent but always caring and understanding.

Protecting or loving each others need both kindness and a limit of interference. This is to do with healthy relationship and harmony.

Smashing, arguing and shouting at a kid is usually not good because this can deprive the kid. After a kid is told with reasons, the kid should be left alone if he/she doesn't stop nagging; yet reminding the kid about the reasons should be available time to time to make the kid to be able to think and behave.

Smashing a bug for one's baby doesn't mean love or protection either but unwise violent action to do with bad teaching and bad understanding - this might need to be banned for kids under 10. Up to the baby's mentality, this might also make the baby to fear (the smasher) but not always. Learning violence is not always from home but learning peace and having confidence. Saying so because peace making is peace doing for wider society that starts from home. Humanity grows from loving thought and careful action.

Kids who know they are good have confidence. Knowing the bad things as good thing is being misled for failures in the future which are harmful to the society.

Without understanding how to be considerate always leads to misunderstanding and quick temper. Quick temper usually leads to quick conclusion and half-finished thought and consequently making uncertain decision.

Many failures included broken family, cracked friendship, outcasted life are always to do with unwise decisions.

Wise decision comes from complete thoughts but how can such thinking ever exist? Since complete thoughts or wise conclusion made of complete research cannot be achieve easily, simply people need certain shields to protect from guilt.

What are these shields? We all know them actually so you won't be surprised. Well, love and protection need unselfish sacrifices.

Thus, children should be taught how to be able to tolerate desire and endure pains. How hard it is, parenting is the teaching of how to be wise, how to live a life that has limits, how to lead toward goals, how to deal with progress and regress, to see paths that lead to peace and the paths that lead to sufferings, etc.

As parenting is teaching, the parents teach a kid how to eat, how to walk, how to talk, how to see, how to think, how to understand and how to behave. These teachings have to go on until the kid reaches the time to be independent. Therefore, the kid also needs to be taught how to be independent also.

A kid should learn how to live in silence, serenity and how to deal with being alone. Self entertaining is a special skill every kid needs. There are lessons in social activities and there are lessons in personal activities.

Usually, social animals can suffer from separation, isolation and loneliness. As human can have solutions when association is not an option, this skill should be an option. People need to be alone sometimes especially to dream, to think, to learn and to rest. The ones, especially young kids or teenagers who cannot deal with or who cannot tolerate to be alone for necessary moments, might not learn much despite they are smart enough to know what they don't know.
Counseling a kid is also needed as good parenting.

Without sufficient readiness to be independent, nobody is really ready for real life; thus, cannot deal with the problems of love and protection in the society. And the society doesn't have peace.

The people who do not love each others cannot protect themselves from harms. Love and protection always go together. Without the right sacrifices for love and protection, a nation cannot be strong. Without patriotic wisdom, a country cannot survive.

Butterfly Effect (not an honest title)

I want to be honest. So I have tried my best every time I got a chance. And I feel glad whenever I have done so. And I feel thankful to everyone who help me to grow within this narrow route.

The Arts are natural ways of creatures and plants. And we all display in every single way possible on earth. The nature has colors, lights, shapes, forms, patterns, combinations and different conditions of harmony. And naturally, arts are not honest things but maya, illusions, delusions, persuasions, and cleaver things. Arts are for desires, fires and … But this is not always the artists choice or their ways of life even though this is natural. An artist can be honest and up to a level, can create righteous expressions. And arts are also for understandings, realizations and enlightenments.

The majority of artists might not be standing on the ground of ethic, moral and conscience. And not all artists are working for the benefits of humanity, the environments, and seriously not for the arts even. Actually, arts do not have clear rules and boundaries.

Arts are changing all the time. However, growing is not a word always right to try about arts. And it must always right to say arts never grow but only reflecting the growth of the philosophies. Nowadays, we talk about rights and freedoms to compare with ancient time arts that only to cry for gods and paradise. Nowadays we express sex openly but was prevented in the past as immoral guide for humanity.

The definitions of arts are growing. The ways of expressions are expending and being created. And I think I heard some said arts have died. Some left behind yesterday. But even animals keep expressing their cultures, humanity will never stop doing so but the cultures will go on eternal as long as life exists.

Labhamuni Buddha

Certainly difficult to type in Burmese as to be searching and picking the consonants and the vowels. Even about important issues related to the Burmese only, I still prefer to type in English.

It was during 1991-1992 period in Bangkok that I first saw the image of Maha Labhamuni Buddha of Old Myon-Mya City, Arrawaddy Division. Then the image of this Buddha was very popular among the Burmese. The look of the statue is really handsome and its appearance shows the trace of wealth and power – rather uniquely unlike other Buddha statues. The image was not alone but also with a cabalistic diagram. The diagram appeared incomplete that parts of it were smashed away so it appeared more puzzling.

It interested me as I was interested in such astrological, magical things. So I copied it and kept it wherever I went for three years. In 1995, an accident occurred and many residents of Maniloi Burmese Student Centre, near Ratchburi, were sent to the well-known SDC where I lasted for a year. There I got some inspiration to solve this puzzle. So I found how it should appear.

A few months ago, I got the idea to organize my Burmese poems and make them a word document from my books. And I drew this diagram also. Therefore, I got a chance to share it with all Burmese visiting my Blog.

I've tried to find the image of this Buddha on the web but I'm not lucky. And I haven't seen His image so long since 1991-2.

I guess the artists who built this statue and the astrologers behind making this cabalistic diagram were ancient Mon people as old Myon-Mya was part of Mon Kingdom. I wish could get access to read the history of this statue.
